Fashion-enthusiast and young entrepreneur, Emma Treagus comes alive through growing ethical brands with carefully-appointed words and phrases. Inspired by her own love for the seaside and luxury brands, she co-founded Billo—a beach pillow brand—whilst still in university. She soon discovered the power of words in marketing. And so her creative outlet (writing) became a full time career.
Emma now writes lifestyle pieces for Luxe Digital. She writes many of the women’s style editorials and travel pieces, drawing on her passion for slow-fashion alongside an appreciation for current trends, as well as her own travel experiences. When she’s not getting her way with words, you’ll find her exploring a new city (at quite a walking pace)—locating the nearest sushi restaurant or devouring a book on the beach.

A word from Emma
“To me conscious, elevated living is investing in timeless pieces. But it’s also treating myself to the latest trends without contributing to landfills. It’s supporting carbon-neutral brands and brands that do more to contribute towards sustainability and society. And as someone who loves to shop, it’s regular closet edits—ensuring that unworn garments make their way to impactful charities.”
